Abstract Submission Guidelines

MIDTERM ROSACON 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission. Only fully registered delegates will be eligible to submit abstracts.
  2. Submission of abstracts requires valid membership of the Rajasthan Orthopaedic Surgeons Association (ROSA).
  3. Poster and Paper submissions must be different. Identical submissions will not be accepted.
  4. Each presenting author may submit multiple abstracts; however, each abstract must be submitted separately.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts will be accepted only through the official Abstract Submission Form available on the MIDTERM ROSACON 2026 website.
  2. Submissions sent via email, hard copy, WhatsApp, CD, pen drive, or any other mode will not be considered.
  3. The final deadline for abstract submission is 31st August 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  4. E-posters must not contain videos, animations, or audio files.

Abstract Structure

Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

The abstract must include:

  • Title
  • Presenting Author (underlined)
  • Co-authors (if applicable)
  • Institutional Affiliation(s)

The content should be structured under:

  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
  • Keywords

Authors are advised to carefully review grammar, spelling and scientific content before submission.

Review & Presentation Process

  1. All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
  2. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject or categorize abstracts as Oral Paper Presentations or E-Poster Presentations.
  3. The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final and binding.
  4. Presenting authors must strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time.

Important Notes

  1. Requests for changes in presentation format after acceptance will not be entertained.
  2. Acceptance notifications will be communicated to the presenting author via email.
  3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the scientific program.
  4. Based on the recommendations of the Scientific Committee, the Organizing Committee will finalize the list of accepted abstracts.
